Best Practice Indigenous Customer Service
As a result of requests from Alice Springs venues, the AHANT developed scoping documentation for a program  to support best practice in front line Indigenous customer service.  However, on advice from the then Department of Business, Licensing NT Harm Minimisation section, AHANT did not progress the program as the Harm Minimisation section were charged with developing and delivering a similar program.  Following consultations by Karen Sheldon Training, a program will be delivered in early 2017.  Further enquiries should be directed to Karen Sheldon Training, or the Harm Minimisation section, Alcohol Policy, Department of Health.
