Responsible Gambling Refresher Training

All staff involved in gambling (EGMS, Keno, TAB) need to complete Responsible Gambling Refresher training, in accordance with the NT Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. 

Community Liaison Managers (CLO) Training
There should always be a CLO available while gaming is being operated in your venue CLOs must undergo annual ‘Refresher Training’ through Amity Community Service’s ‘Red Flag Behaviour’. All staff involved in gambling are able to do this training and comply with the annual refresher requirement.

Hospitality NT has been approved to only provide Refresher Training for staff involved in gambling who are not Community Liaison Officers.
